What is a good cottage rental i Williamsburg VA for a family of 4 with a mother-in law as well? 3/4 bedroom?

3 or 4 bedroom is ideal and we are looking in the $1000 range for July 12-17/18.
Is that $1000 total or $1000 per night?

Most of them are a little high, though, around $300 or more per night. This one is $250/night on weeknights and $325/night on weekend nights. So for your stay from Sunday-Saturday would be $1350 if it is considered 5 weeknights and one weekend night (Friday night). If you only stay until the 17th, that would omit your Friday night stay so it would be a flat $1000. You might want to try contacting them to see if you can work out a deal.
