What is Assisted Living Home Rentals?

Was told can get (3-people) in a (3-bedroom home) on assisted living for a lot higher rent.
How do I qualify? How does the program work? I live in Dallas, Tx.
Assisted Living provides care for elderly or infirm who cannot take care of themselves .
I do believe one needs a license and staff certification for that .

Where can I find vacation home rentals in key west?

I’ve been searching the internet for hours trying to find a decent company/web page.
I’m looking to spend no more that 1,700 on a 3 bedroom… Preferably in Key West itself or the lower keys.

I am trying to rent my house. The broker is asking for a commission of 1 month rent for each year of rental.
Should it be a flat 1 month commission instead of the 1 month per year?
