Don’t know where you’ve already searched. Tried visitor/convention/state travel sites? It’s been a long time since I’ve been by Willoughby and I’m sure there is more now than 35 years ago. Then though it was pretty sparse. We used to stop at one of the cold springs on the west side of the lake; route 5A if I remember correctly, on the way to visit family near Sherbrooke, Quebec. You can actually get a cabin/chalet in collingwood and they vary in price, depending on what you are looking for. Collingwood is the home of Blue Mountain, and the skiing is very good.

I am on a variable rate due to commercial rentals, which are on the property where my residence is. The 14 acres is divided into 4 tracts. And my residence is on one tract with 1 rental cottage. How can I separate them so that I do not go under trying to pay an increasing variable interest rate?
You need a up to date survey with clear boundary lines. File a petition with the zoning board requesting sub dividing the property. Once approved then reapply for two mortgages. One for primary and one for commercial

I want to find a cabin and or cottage that is near Minocqua wisconsin. I want something that you can go out on the lake and make new friends with the other vacationers. Having something fun and interesting to do is always great. When I was younger I remember going to a cabin up near Minocqua and we would always go to the resturant the Thirsty Whale. I think this was in Woodruff.
Try New Berlin, Menomonee Falls, Cedarburg, Grafton, Franklin, Hales
Corners or Muskego.
NB, Franklin, HC and Muskego are close to Brookfield; the others are more north.
You could also try Wauwatosa.
Stay clear of Brown Deer and West Allis. Nasty.
