Like new, very nicely appointed single family home in Brant Beach. The home has never been rented. 3 bedrooms, sleeps up to 8. Kid’s room with 4 twin bunk beds. Located on a cul-de-sac with deeded access to the bay (only steps away) – perfect to launch a small boat up to 14 foot (kayak, sunfish).
Great wrap-a-around deck with lots of deck furniture and gas grill. Pavered back patio has a basketball court. All living areas on first floor with a large master suite on second floor. Full kitchen (seating for 
with Viking gas stove and flat screen TV. Some bay views and a very short walk to beach. Fabulous, oversized outdoor shower, Central Air, ceiling fans, broadband WI-FI internet service, flat screen TV’s, DVD players and stereo system with inside and outside speakers (on deck and patio), ping pong table.
