Me and my friends are trying to rent a beach house for beach week after graduation, but most of the places we find are family’s only or you have to have someone at least 25 to sign for the house. So does anyone know a good website where we can look that has houses that will rent out to student. i would really appreciate the help. (preferably in the cherry grove area) Thanks!
Since you are under 25, your best bet is to contact condo / cabin owners directly to see if they will rent to you. Very few hotels or motels will accept visitors under the age of 25.
Rather than give you a specific property name and location, I would suggest that you do some research on the available houses/condos, the prices and the locations. I have used justvr.com in the past and it was quite helpful for narrowing down my choices and booking a few nights stay.

There are some obvious ones: services provided, taxes, etc., but wonder if anyone has a list of things I should be keeping in mind as I evaluate various properties. Thanks for your help.
what is the lot for…if on a lake do you want the sun in the morning or evening…is it build-able, access, neighbors, remoteness, subdivadable – or do you want your neighbors too? proximity to each other, water access, dock rights or can you put your own in? – if its a seasonal home does the area have a problem with break ins..is the area patrolled? views should be considered before placing the house…what you wanna see, what will others see…the list is endless

I am still paying the mortgage for primary house, and plan to buy a vacation house, may I combine the both mortgages for my income tax deduction(mortgage interests+ property tax)?
You can deduct mortgage interest on two homes. There is a general limit of $1 million on the acquisition debt, and a $100,000 limit on home equity debt. These limits apply to the total debt on the two properties.
You can deduct real estate taxes on all real estate you own. You are not limited to two properties.
If you paid off your first house, and then bought two more houses, you could deduct the home mortgage interest on the second and third houses. The homes do not have to be your primary residences, just your residences.

IM GOING TO BE IN ORLANDO FL FOR 2 WEEKS SO I WOULD LIKE TO RENT AN APARMENTS OR HOUSE WHATEVER BUT CHEAP .
Check out ebay, believe it or not many homeowners and vacation rentals list their homes on there…
If you are up for it, and are not easily suckered, you can stay at a nice resort and even get Disney tickets for free just for attending a 60-90 minute timeshare presentation (there is no oobligation to buy, but they can be very pushy) lol
I did this 2 years ago so we could have an affordable Disney vacation, I told the guy from the beginning that I was not buying and what my intntions were and he didnt pressure us too much…

I have read about Greeks being displeased with immigrants in their country but would they react the same way against foreign holiday home-owners? I’m Asian and consider buying a holiday home in one of the Cycladic islands.
Thank you all for sharing your thoughts. I’ll put this to vote.
I ll be honest
we are little sensitive on this matter
you know how much we like foreigners and how friendly we are
but when it comes to houses and land, we are little more conservative
we dont salute the idea much
sorry but its the truth
and I think you ask for the truth, right?
Regards

Toward the end of July or the beginning of August, we’re looking to take a group of fifteen to twenty young adults to Mammoth Cave. We’re looking for affordable cabin rentals. Anyone know of any?
Whenever we want that type of info, we use Tripadvisor.com
It is a free site that has reviews from real people. Good luck.

A very good friend needs a break, and is looking to stay somewhere lovely with her 3 little kiddies for the rest of the summer. This means renting for almost 2 months, and obviously she doesn’t want to pay the going rate of between £300-£600 per week which is charged by most ‘country cottage rentals’ companies…..Any ideas for renting for this length of time, last minute, at no more than about £100 a week?
Hi – a good place to search for accommodation is Enjoy England. You can refine your search depending individual requirements.
All properties are quality assessed and you can find self catering accommodation from as little as £130 a week:

Good luck.

im looking into renting a home for only a week? i need a website that is easy to look through
Web sites are a good place to find an apartment or house to rent, if you want to go through the entire list to find one in your state and then city.
The best place to look for places to rent is to go to the yellow pages of your telephone book, look under property managers.
These individuals list properties for rent in certain areas, so make sure you select the areas in which you wish to rent.
Call several of the property managers listed there, tell them you want a list of properties that they have for rent. Some will fax, email or mail the list of local places to rent along with the address, number of bedrooms and bath rooms, amenities available, such as washer and dryers or gyms, the monthly rental of the unit. Most will include a rental application. These list will include the monthly rental required, if a lease or month to month agreement will be signed. They will also indicate if they will accept Section 8 vouchers.
They might indicate a web site that you might visit to get their list of places to rent. It does not cost to get a rental list from a reputable property manager.
Some will require you to stop by their office and pick up the list. A lot of them post their list outside so the list are available 24/7 360.
Make sure you don’t fall for the scams and purchase a list as 70%-80% of these list are composed of free list they have compiled. They are not the property managers of any property in most instances.
You might also google Property managers in whatever city or community you want to live in and see what comes up. Again do not pay for this information as it is free from reliable property managers.
I hope this has been of some benefit to you, good luck.
